Sasshu Salmon (薩州サーモン) is a premium farmed salmon from Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan — raised in tanks fed with Chiran green tea and Kagoshima mineral groundwater, then ikejime-processed. Never frozen. Sashimi DC is the only source for this salmon outside Japan. Available in-store at 1608 14th St NW, DC, and via same-day delivery.
