Is the fish fresh? How is it kept cold during delivery?

All fish is sourced fresh from Japan and handled at sashimi-grade standards. Orders are packed in insulated bags with 1 lb+ ice packs, sufficient for our 18–20-mile delivery radius.

What hours do you deliver?

We take delivery orders from 1 pm to 8 pm daily, except on days we are closed. Same-day ordering is available within those hours.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?

Yes. In the order view, tap the date and hour shown to select your preferred delivery window. Prep time is approximately 30 minutes after you place your order.

Who delivers? What about tips?

We use DoorDash/Nash for local delivery. Tipping is optional but appreciated, especially during peak hours. 100% of the tip goes directly to the driver.
