The Winter Bluefin: An Otoro Dream
We are back from our brief mid-week closure, and the fresh shipment we just received is absolutely spectacular.
The Bluefin Tuna that arrived today is a true winter masterpiece, boasting incredibly beautiful marbling. Because of the low water temperature in the past weeks, we actually have a larger proportion of Otoro (supreme fatty tuna) than Chutoro this week. If you have been waiting for the rich, melt-in-your-mouth experience of premium Otoro, this is the week to visit.

Every Friday through Sunday, we offer complimentary sample tastings of our fresh fish paired with a curated wine pour — a random bottle from one of our partner winemakers each day. A fantastic way to discover how different flavor profiles complement our seafood.
