When is the best time to visit Sashimi DC after a Japanese holiday closure?
When Toyosu Market is closed for Japanese national holidays (Emperor's Birthday, Golden Week, etc.), Sashimi DC's weekly fish shipment is delayed by one day. The storefront may also close on the delivery day. Fresh shipments arrive the following day and Thursday–Friday remain the best ordering days. Check @keita_sashimi_dc on Instagram for real-time updates.
