We are delighted to be back and open after our Thanksgiving break. We brought back some delicious chocolates from Albi, France, which you can sample when you visit.
Bluefin Tuna: Chutoro Dominant This Week
Our premium Bluefin Tuna from Goto, Nagasaki, continues to be a highlight, though we have a slight update. Due to a recent red tide issue in Nagasaki, our farmer temporarily stopped feeding the Bluefin for a couple of weeks. As a result, this week's shipment features a higher proportion of Chutoro than Otoro. Quality remains excellent — and we expect the Otoro proportion to return to normal with the next shipment.
Introducing: Mirai Salmon from Fukuoka — A Japan Export First
For the entire month of December, we are introducing Mirai Salmon from the Fukuoka region of Japan. This marks their very first time exporting abroad, and we are thrilled to be among the first to bring this unique salmon to you. We can't wait for you to taste it.
